Our 3-bedroom home is located in the beautiful West 7th and Irvine Park neighborhood of Saint Paul; making it just steps from Downtown, the Xcel Energy Center, and several popular restaurants, breweries and bars. There is off street parking available for up to two cars, easy access to highways and is close to public transportation routes. An ideal base to explore Saint Paul!
This 140 year old home has been completely updated, while still maintaining its historic charm. At the top if the grand staircase you’ll find a spacious owners suite with a king bed and large private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms on the upper level (one with a queen and the other with a full bed), a bathroom, and laundry.
On the main floor there are several areas to gather with loved ones. Cook together in a large updated kitchen, enjoy family dinner at the formal dining table for 6, or challenge one another to a board game in our library/game room.
