The Space:
This is a self contained brick building with it's own private air exchange. Full amenities including high-speed wifi, Smart TV, on site laundry, A/C, gas fireplace, free standing soaker tub, dishwasher, ice maker and free parking.
Steps from Main Street shops, cafes, galleries, theatre, and restaurants. No need for a taxi post dinner with this walk-able location in the heart of the Historic Downtown District. Access to off-leash dog park, walking, running and cycling trails only a few quick blocks away. Sunday morning Yoga Sessions in the park and Farmer's market steps away in the Summer season.
Beaches, attractions, cider, winery, breweries, golf, farm-stands, drive-in movie theatre and additional villages Bloomfield and Wellington, all can be found within a 20min car ride.
Please note that the property isn't suitable for children under the age of 12 and that due to allergies we can only accommodate guests with a maximum of 1 dog.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the Carriage House and private second story gated outdoor deck overlooking the tree tops of Benson Park in central Picton. Feel free to fire up the park style Charcoal BBQ on the flagstone terrace, take some time to find your zen on the meditation deck or in the meadowland plantings along the garden pathway.
Getting Around:
Everything Picton has to offer is easily walkable from the Space. Both the Millennium Trail (runs from one end of the County to the other) and the amazing walking Trails of Delhi Park and Historic Glenwood Cemetery can be accessed only a few blocks away. Picton is at the center of Prince Edward County with all Wineries, Breweries, Cider houses, Museums, Villages and Beaches easily within reach. Taxi, Tours and Public Transit Bus services are available from Picton.
Other Things to Note:
There is one parking spot available on site. Should additional spots be required we are happy to suggest some off site options that are close by.
Beach Towels are not provided, we ask that guests bring their own towels for outside use.
There are stairs leading to the entrance to this space. Those with mobility issues should take note.
There is a security camera set up on the exterior of the property.
