BBQ: 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity

Great swimming – deep water off dock – shallow by shore on north side of lakefront
Walk-in entry to the water acceptable for young children or the elderly that may have mobility issues (there is a spot that can be entered on foot)
No weeds – water shoes recommended as some areas are rocky as this property is on granite outcrop
Dock: 32 ft with 12 x 12 elevated sitting area – dock has a ladder for exiting – water is 7-8 ft at the end of the dock
