House Rules
- No shoes or pets in the house
- No smoking in the house
- No events or parties allowed
- No extra guests allowed to stay over
- No glassware or bottles on patio, pool or hot tub - aluminum and plastic only
- Be courteous to neighbors by not playing loud music or being noisy after 10pm and before 7am
- Relax and have a great stay!

Checkout instructions
- Check out time - 11AM
- Leave all linens on beds and dirty towels in bathrooms - Remove all items from fridge and freezer
- Put dirty dishes in dishwasher and run it
- Take trash & recycling out to green bins located in the attached garage
- Make sure furniture is in its original place if it was moved (both indoor and patio) - Hot tub cover is on secure and high jets are off
- Propane for grill is turned off
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Make sure the front door locks behind you and garage is closed
- Double-check for personal items
- Sign guest book
- Safe travels and come back again soon!
Do not go in the woods. Stay on the mowed lawn and within the fence. Everything outside of that is private property.
The kitchen has a double oven, microwave, fridge and freezer with icemaker. We also stock the following appliances:
- Keurig coffeemaker and french press (k-cups and coffee not provided)
- Toaster
- Various pots and pans and utensils needed for cooking in addition to glass & plastic dishware
Pool Rules
All renters are required to sign a liability waiver in order to use the pool and hot tub.
By entering the pool and spa area, you take full responsibility for your protection and safety - Swim at your own risk, no exceptions.
Owners and management are not responsible for accidents or injury. Pool buoy located on fence next to pool - for use in case of emergency.
POOL RULES
1. GLASS IS NOT ALLOWED IN OR AROUND POOL AREA
2. No Running
3. No Diving in areas that are shallower than 8 feet
4. Children under 14 are not allowed to swim without supervision of adult 5. Adults should not swim alone
6. No Persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol should use the pool 7. No animals or pets allowed in the pool or pool deck area
8. Visitors are not allowed to go into pool and spa utility area
9. Management reserves the right to deny pool or spa access to anyone at anytime 10. The maximum number of people allowed in the pool is 10
11. Warning - No lifeguard on duty
Pool skimmer available for guests to use to clean leaves and tree debris from the water.
You may bring your own dive toys, floaties, goggles, etc to use in the pool and hot tub.
Security Camera Disclosure: There are two security cameras located outside on the property - one on the driveway and one in the backyard.
There is a gas grill located on the back deck by the pool. Propane is provided. Propane MUST be closed/turned off after each time grill is used.
First Aid Kit located in bottom drawer of main floor bathroom.
