Cottage # 15 is a 4 bedroom cottage with a shower, large eat in kitchen, TV and DVD player, 2queen beds, 1 double bed. bunk bed with 2 twins bed. Located close to the beach, this cottage offers its own fire pit and a private, spacious yard and hot tub at extra cost.
Cottage Features: fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, pillows and blankets, TV and DVD player, wood- burning fireplace, bathroom with 3- piece bath including shower, outside private fire pit, picnic table, hot tub.
Located on the shores of Kennebec Lake, Springwood Cottages features 1,000 feet of shoreline, with a beautiful shallow sand beach, nestled within one of the many bays of the lake. Kennebec Lake is known to have very clean water, so when you and your children go swimming in Kennebec Lake, you can be comfortable knowing the waters provide a safe and refreshing experience.
One of the best features of the Springwood Cottages beach, is the shallow waters. If you look in the picture below, you will see a rock island on the left side; at that point the water is less than 2 feet deep. Having the shallow water is great for monitoring children and keeping the beach, that much more safe. We placed a floating raft out in the deeper waters, for those individuals who enjoy jumping into the deeper areas.
Our beach offers tons of soft, clean sand that is perfect for building sand structures, playing volleyball, jogging, body burying, and more. As a matter of fact, we have many sand castle contests throughout the summer.
This reservation has a No Refunds cancellation policy.
There are no refunds given for this property.
Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
EXTRA PERSONS
For the comfort of our guests please limit your group to the number specified for each cottage. If you wish to bring an extra person, there will be an additional charge of: $60 per day or night, $200 per week for adults and children.
DAY VISITORS
To avoid overcrowding for our paying guests, all day visitors, relatives, friends and guests will be charged $50 per person per day or part day. Please register your guest at the store/office before their arrival to avoid the charges being applied to your account.
Day visitor check out time: 10:30 pm
CHECK-IN & OUT
Summer check-in between 3:00 pm and 6:30 pm, check-out before 10:00 am
Weekends check-in between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm; check out before 12:00 pm
Spring & Fall check-in & out times are more flexible
DEPOSITS
$200 not refundable deposit must be submitted as to secure your cottage reservation.
$300.00 not refundable deposit must be submitted as to secure the Luxury Main House or Log Cabin reservation.
$250 damage deposit is required on cottage rentals which are held in preauthorization pattern on your credit card
