This custom two-story lake side house has one floor dedicated to your vacation enjoyment with 1,500 sq ft comprised of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, combined open concept kitchen, dining and living space with A/C to keep everyone cool.
The kitchen is well supplied with all dishes and cutlery, a pantry, dishwasher, microwave, blender, etc (if something special is required, please make a request). All beds are ready with clean bed sheets and linens. Bath towels are included but please bring your own beach towels.
For indoor entertainment there is a 50” flat screen with satellite TV, Blu-ray player & many movies. Board games, cards, puzzles and books are well stocked.
Outdoor deck with gazebo, table & chairs, BBQ (& propane) allow for spectacular views of the lake and sunsets while relaxing, cooking and dining. Firepit has a great view of the waterfront.
Steps down to the lake takes you to a large shared dock with swimming ladder, swimming platform, canoe, kayak and paddle board.
Boat docking is included and a public boat launch is nearby. Please let us know during the booking process if you plan to bring a boat.
Location has great fishing for large and small mouth bass, northern pike, crappie, perch, ... Area highlights include 2 sandy walk-in beaches (with children play areas), golf, shopping, and much more.
Please note that this property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies persisting in the family.
Additionally there is video monitoring in driveway and parking areas only. No audio.
