For the convenience of guests, this private unit has its own kitchen complete with microwave, stove, fridge, sink and comes completely outfitted with pots and pans. As an additional bonus, the hosts provide the basic food items for breakfast including jam, butter, peanut butter, hot and cold cereal, coffee, teas , cream , snacks .

The base rate includes access to 2 bedrooms and rest of the house and covers up to 4 guests. The third bedroom will be opened only for groups of 5 or 6 guests, or by special request. An additional fee per extra guest will apply per each night. This setup helps us keep the space cozy and fairly priced for smaller groups.
