Relax and unwind in your home away from home! Plenty of room throughout this charming Bungalow. This comfortable and spacious bungalow is centrally located in a lovely residential area close to dining and shopping in Kingston.
There are 7 beds with memory foam mattresses, 2 floor futons in the family room, 3 full bathrooms, a kitchen and a kitchenette in the basement, 2 dining rooms, 2 living rooms, family room and sunroom.
The whole family or group of friends or colleagues can spread out and take time individually when desired, or come together in the living spaces for movie nights or to watch our cable TV.
Note there is no access to laundry facilities, however there is a laundromat located 3 minutes down the road.
Our home is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay including coffee maker, kettle, full kitchen with plenty of cookware (we also provide regular coffee, creamer powder, sugar, salt and pepper). Located close to plenty of restaurants, you also have the ease of eating out whenever you wish.
Note the exterior is monitored by a security camera and extra guests must be approved in advance. Parties are not tolerated.
Any booking is more than 20 days cleaning fee would be $295.
Standard pricing is for up-to 9 guests. Each additional $35 per night.
