Great waterfront pool home with fishing pier in the secluded community of Rotonda West. Home has been update with new luxury vinyl flooring throughout the house and furniture in December of 2021

The kitchen comes with a bar with 4 new barstools and all major appliances. The dining area is just steps away. The master bedroom with TV has a new king bed set with glass sliders out to the pool area. It also features an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 both offer a Queen Bed set. They share a bathroom with shower/tub combination. This bathroom also serves as a pool bath.
Pool overlooks a freshwater canal. Enjoy hanging out on your own fishing pier. The canal is visited by wonderful wildlife all year round.
