Check-In/Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We appreciate your adherence to these times to ensure a smooth transition for all guests.
Respectful Conduct: Kindly treat our home with the same care and respect you would offer your own. Please keep noise levels down, especially during nighttime hours, to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours. Basement and garage are off limits for now.
No Smoking: Please refrain from smoking indoors, on the deck, or in the garage. Designated outdoor smoking areas can be recommended upon request.
Pets: Please only bring trained pets. We appreciate your understanding.
Furniture and Appliances: Feel free to use all furniture and appliances provided, but please do so with care. Report any damages or malfunctions promptly so that we can address them efficiently.
Garage Access: Guests do NOT have access to the garage for now/
Bedroom Occupancy: The first bedroom with the queen bed is ready for use. Second bedroom single bed, and as we receive bookings, we will furnish the remaining Two bedrooms. Additional beds will be added to accommodate your group comfortably.
Outdoor Enjoyment: Make the most of the large 12ft x 12ft rear deck and spacious backyard. Enjoy the outdoors responsibly, and please respect our neighbors' privacy.
Security and Safety: For your safety, keep all exterior doors and windows securely locked when you're not on the premises. Report any security concerns promptly.
Utilities: Please be mindful of energy conservation. Turn off lights, heating, and cooling systems when not needed.
