→ GETTING THERE
It's about 15 minutes south of downtown, 15 minutes west of Canal Park and 15 minutes southwest of UMD.

There is space for two cars in the driveway on site for guests as well as free street parking.

Your code will be provided after booking. Codes are changed after every guest.

Duluth's many mountain bike trails are a popular attraction! We are also located not far from to Canal Park, Park Point Beach (the longest fresh water sand bar in the world!), Chester Creek Park, Tischer Creek Park, Lester River Park, Superior Hiking trail access, historic Enger Tower and many breweries and restaurants!
→ SECURITY
In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed keyless locks on the home. Please only use the rear entrance as your key code will only work on that door.
→ CANCELLATIONS / DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is charged upon booking; this deposit is refundable up to seven days prior to your arrival date. The remaining balance is charged in full, six days prior to arrival, at which point your stay is non-refundable and non-cancellable. A 5% fee is charged with any cancellation.

The Irving neighborhood is located within the West Duluth district of Duluth, Minnesota, United States. The cozy neighborhood is nestled along the Saint Louis Bay and Keene Creek flows softly through the neighborhood. Irving Park is a sweet park within the neighborhood that is walking distance from the house. There are also sweet shops, restaurants and cocktail bars nearby in the west Duluth area as well! Bailey Builds shop, Shake-It juice + smoothie bar, Zenith Bookstore, The West Movie Theatre, Wussow's Concert Cafe, The Jade Fountain and Boreal House are a few of our some of our favorite West Duluth spots.
Entering the address into map apps and following the directions is an easy way to get to Irving Blue. One thing to note is that maps apps do not yet show that there are houses in this property location. But there are indeed houses there!
Irving rules
1. Read and Acknowledge all written items above.
2. No shoes inside - please remove shoes at space entrance area.
3. No smoking allowed: Any odor inside the space will result in a $500 fee.
4. No events allowed. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
5. People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the reservation may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
6. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, Guest could be charged damages of up to $1,000.00.
7. No professional or third party photoshoots allowed unless permitted with written consent from the Host.
8. Check-in is available from 4pm to 10pm. If you will be arriving later than 9 pm, you must contact our staff in advance to arrange a late arrival. Should you prefer an earlier arrival time, we are happy to assist if accommodations are available. An early check-in charge may be applicable.
9. Check-out is at 11am. Requests for a late checkout should be directed via messaging before the the morning of your departure. Late checkouts are subject to availability and may result in an additional charge. There will be a $50 charge for early check-ins or late check-outs if we do not approve the request 24 hours in advance.
10. Our staff is available by email/text message between the hours of 8am-9pm. We are always happy to help. We recommend calling 911 for emergencies.

12. No Mailing Packages to the property.
13. Please shower with soap before you enter any tub. Do not enter a tub if the temperature is above 104 F. Limit your soak to 15 mins, and cool off before re- entry. Please do not bring glass in or near any shower or tub. Please no jumping, diving, horseplay or pets in any tub . Don't use any tubs if under the influence of alcohol or narcotics. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries at this location. Please do not walk, sit or lay on any tub cover. Turn off the jets after use, and return the cover. Children over 5 are allowed and must be supervised at all times by an adult. Elderly persons, pregnant or anyone with diabetes, heart disease, high or low blood pressure or illness should consult a physician before use.
