Recently updated with new painting and new furniture throughout the home and a brand-new hot tub for your sole relaxation, this secluded, lakefront home is the definition of comfort and luxury! This dreamy getaway is located near the shores of Lake Anna on a premium 2,63-acre lot and offers approximately 9,000 sq. ft between three well-appointed levels! Once you step inside, you will realize this home is all about your comfort and entertainment. Outside, find yourself swimming in the custom-built saltwater pool and magnificent deep waterfront with a covered boat dock and electric lift. The covered patio is a great place to hang out, with an eight-person outdoor dining area and a gas grill.
The home is the perfect blend of entertaining and casual and formal spaces. The lower level features a convenient wet bar with a full-size fridge to store all of your goodies, a family room with a large TV with streaming services and a gas fireplace, and a theatre room with a projector and surround sound (perfect for nine people). There's also a game room with a pool table, a Sega arcade machine, an air hockey table, and a single-shot basketball arcade game. One of the bedrooms boasts a built-in sink and an elevator that will take you to the main level's primary bedroom.
The second floor houses the main living space. Here, guests will find a comfortable living area with another gas fireplace and a smart TV, a gorgeous, formal dining room with a ten-person dining table, a gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, a wine cooler, exotic, hand-selected granite countertops, a four-person island, and a breakfast nook. (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
