Enjoy the solitude of your own private cottage, tucked in the north woods on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix, just four miles north of East Jordan. Offering 100' of sugar sand beach (one of the very best on Lake Charlevoix), enjoy morning coffee on the beach, swimming and boating during the day and evening sunsets beside a private beach fire. Surrounded by white pines, white cedars, and white birches, the 1950's remodeled white cottage offers a quiet retreat for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of northern Michigan. The kid-friendly beach has a gradual slope for lots of wading, water play and swimming. There is also a dock and buoy for tying up a boat or personal water craft. A 14 acre woods with a stream offers room for hiking directly behind the cottage. The cottage is 70' from the sandy beach; 100' from water's edge.
