This is resort living at its best! This large 3 bedroom + 1 den, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2 living room home is set on 8 acres and has 380 feet of shoreline with a south facing sandy beach. A large, lush ambling lawn affords ample room for a fire pit, a hammock, a croquet set, corn hole, volleyball, and a badminton net. Fishing off the 35ft dock is plentiful, and it's big enough to accommodate up to 3 boats. Complete your outdoor activities taking a stroll in the pedal boat we include with your rental.
As you enter the main floor, you are welcomed by the natural light shining thought the floor to ceiling windows in the grand room and the panoramic views of the park-like yard and Vermilion Lake. The main floor has 2 master suites with queen sized beds and a den with a trundle and couch. The grand room, with vaulted ceilings, include the main kitchen and living room overlooking the lake. A deck and a 4-season porch offer quiet areas to recharge. Downstairs, in the walk-out basement there is another living room, small bachelor kitchen, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. All of this, plus lush linens, extremely comfortable furniture, privacy, and lots of space, make this wonderful home the perfect place for your next vacation!

This home is located on the Tower side of Lake Vermilion on Pike Bay. A mile from Fortune Bay casino and a championship golf course. Boat launch is about 3 miles away at the end of Everett Bay Road. There is plenty of parking for boats and trailers.
We have worked out the kinks in the reviews. A new filter water system has been installed, eliminating the sulfur smell, and providing clean water. Other upgrades include a new refrigerator and new dishwasher.
Once a Reservation is made Guest will receive our standard Rental Agreement, this will need to be reviewed, signed, and sent back to us.

The house is located in a wooded lot near a lake, guests should expect to encounter various bugs and animals when outdoors. We do not spray for bugs to avoid killing beneficial insects like bees, dragonflies, butterflies and so on. Guests who are concerned with mosquitos should plan to bring their own abatement items like bug spray or citronella candles.
