**THE SPACE**:

It's perfect for both motorized watercraft (boats and jet skis) as well as non-motorized options (paddleboards, kayaks, and paddle boats). Although we're on a beach road, we're just off a county road, ensuring a quiet area that's still easily accessible. While the area and lake offer plenty of excitement, the lake house and surrounding properties maintain a peaceful atmosphere. It's the best of both worlds!
