Bus 110 is at front door. One bus 20 minutes to Humber College lakeshore. 1,2km away from Islington subway, 10 minutes to CN Tower or YYZ. lots of attractive places nearby.
- You will get a code 1-2 hours before your check in time.
- You can parking on Stockbridge st for free street parking however Do not parking during the snowy day.
- High speed internet up to 1Gb suitable for WFH.
HOUSE KEEPING RULES
1. Check-in time: 12pm Check-out time: Before 12pm. Late check-out : $15/hour (Subject to availability). Additional , you will be charged for emergency reschedule cleaning fee 50$ and issued fees from next guests.
2. please DO Not wearing outside footwear in to the house.
3. free street parking : My guests usually parked their car on the Stockbridge St However I Do Not know if there are any issues. No parking on the street during the snowy day.
4. No smoking or drugs permitted. you will be charged $2000 (two thousand dollars) if smoking or doing drugs or cannabis inside the house.
5. please clean the kitchen after cooked and doing dishes right after using. Otherwise you are going to be charged 100$ for dishwashing.
6. Parties/events/music/reunion is prohibited. We live in a polite and peaceful neighborhood, so please avoid making any excessive noise. We have the right to remove guest at anytime of the day or the night and cancel the booking without any refund or issues. We are living in the house.
7. No weapon(s) or hazardous materials are allowed to be brought into the house or the rental room provided
8. Every guest must provide an ID when check in. Only registered guests are allowed inside the house. If the number of people staying exceed the number of guests being registered, you will be asked to paid an extra is 30$/guest/day. NO visitors are allowed without permission. NO overnight guests.
9. Please keep quiet from 10 pm to 7am. If you’re young people or person who like chitchat and stays up late then this house is NOT suitable for you.
10. Shared space : Laundry, kitchen, dining area, bathroom . Please use the Laundry after 7pm to 10pm from Mon to Fri or any time on weekends. Please bring your own detergent .
11. All window must be close while the Furnace or the AC is working.
12. Keep the room and shared space clean. Wasted must be put in correct disposal bins. The small bin under the sink is for organic waste, the big bin at the kitchen is for recycling waste.
13. PERSONAL PROPERTY LOSS: Guests are solely responsible for personal property left in or about the Property. Guest’s personal property and vehicles are not insured by the Owner or Owner's Representative(s) against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts of others, or any other cause and Owner and Owner's Representative(s) shall not be liable under any circumstances for any damages to or loss of any property.

14. The house is NOT equipped for children safety so you have to protecting them during their staying. We do corporate with guests to allowed children in our house without taking any responsibility in case of injury or accident. If your booking has confirmed that means you are agreeing with the house conditions and nothing to issue. and make sure they don’t make noise which may disturb other guests and Please do not letting children to paint or contaminate furniture or walls
15. long term guest (who is staying 28 days and up) will be charged for cleaning fee of your bedroom 25$ upon a request and provide yourself all necessities products. Please contact me if you’re looking for a long term rent. We are providing cleaning for kitchen, dining area and bathroom weekly for free only.
16. There are seven cameras included recording in the house 24 hours on active . Four of them are located exterior of the house. One is located at the main floor kitchen and hallway. the other one is located at the U2’s kitchen. Where you are staying.
