The historic home was completely renovated in 2026, preserving its traditional St. Helena character while creating bright, comfortable interiors designed for today's way of living. With three ensuite bedrooms, generous gathering spaces, a saltwater cocktail pool and spa, and inviting gardens in both the front and back of the property, Casa Oliva is an ideal home base for couples, friends or family spending time in Napa Valley.
The main living and dining room is the heart of the home. A soaring vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and skylights brings natural light into space, while a fireplace anchors a comfortable seating area with a large-screen TV. An additional sitting area, wet bar and dining table for six make this an easy room for everyone to gather, whether for morning coffee, drinks before dinner or a quiet evening at home.
The adjacent kitchen is spacious and exceptionally well equipped, with marble countertops, a large center island with seating, a Wolf range and generous prep and storage space. Black-framed windows and doors overlook the gardens and provide a contemporary counterpoint to the home's traditional architecture.
