Minutes from Perdido Key (about 10 - 15 min) & Pensacola beaches (about 25-30 min. depending on traffic and if the bridge from Pensacola to Gulf Breeze is down, a detour is required & it takes longer) & military base (about 5 - 10 min). Local tv & normally has Wifi. Closeness to pool requires strict diligence by parents of children present. Security includes an outdoor security camera, and smoke detector.
