Terrace Point 11A is a popular, in-demand upper, end unit that offers privacy and the best views of Lake Superior from every room in the unit. This luxury, sun-filled, modern Frank Lloyd Wright/John Howe inspired condo has over 26' of floor to ceiling windows and sits on the shore of Lake Superior. Our condo is a one-bedroom with a king-size bed, has a gas fireplace framed with North Shore ledge-rock, one bathroom with a walk-in shower with power jets and a soaker jacuzzi tub. There is a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. There is radiant floor heat throughout the condo. The open living area is carpeted and has 2 Fjord swivel leather recliners so you can enjoy the fireplace, TV, and the lake. The cherry dining table and chairs are surrounded by windows with fabulous views of Superior. All the furniture is high-end from Room & Board and Herman Miller. This private, end unit sits just 50’ from the shoreline and provides stunning, 180-degree panoramic views of Lake Superior, showcasing the morning sunrises, and sunsets skies from every room in the unit (except the private bath). The sliding glass doors walk out to a private patio with a table and 2 chairs where you can watch endless waves splash against the ledge rock. We think Terrace Point is the perfect place for artists, bird watchers, nature lovers, and adventure seekers. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a special place to escape the city, explore the Gunflint Trail, hike the Superior Hiking Trail, learn a new skill at the North House Folk School, experience the local music scene or shop "The Coolest Small Town In America" (Grand Marais).... this is truly the perfect place! -Terrace Point is an entire “Smoke-Free” property - there is no smoking allowed in the condo OR on the entire grounds.
- Our condo requires the use of a short flight of steps into the unit.
- Our parking area does not have the space to accommodate trailers or campers.
- Please do NOT walk on the lakeside in front of other units. Use the back parking area if you’d like to access the shoreline.
* INVITE FAMILY OR FRIENDS to share the North Shore experience with you and rent our two other condos, Terrace Point 11B or 15B in addition. Terrace Point 11B & 15B are end units and offers the same stunning, panoramic view and sit right on the shoreline of Lake Superior! 11B is directly below 11A and there is a access door which can connect the two units.
