Please take in consideration that the cottage is up on a hill, not friendly for people who can't do stairs.
The cottage backs onto a wooded area and neighbours are spaced well apart, perfect for families to rent and enjoy. Parking for 4 vehicles.
Cottage comes with internet and cable TV.
2 bedrooms have queen beds, while the third bedroom as a double and single bunk bed. All brand new mattresses this year.
15 minute drive to Beach Area One, and about a half hour to Midland, Barrie and Collingwood.
