This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo has everything your family needs to enjoy time at the lake! With amenities throughout that can be used both Winter and Summer, this really is a true destination.
Potato Lake is one of the Park Rapids area's premier lakes with excellent fishing for Walleyes, Smallmouth Bass and Panfish. With 2096 acres of water and a max depth of 87 feet there is also plenty of opportunities for recreational boating as well!
Our property is just steps away from the lake and has little to no elevation as you walk to the dock. A community beach area is yours to use as well as kayaks, sand volleyball court and a playround. In the clubhouse you will find a heated indoor pool as well as a sauna and laundry facilities.
The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, place settings, and untensils for 6 guests. We also have a gas grill on the large lakeside deck as well. High speed WiFi is available as well as an A/C unit downstairs and upstairs to keep the house cool even on the hottest days.
While this property has recently been updated and is newly listed, we are not new to hosting families. Feel free to check out reviews of property 958213 on Vrbo that is not far away, we have enjoyed hosting families there for the last 4 years.
