House Rules (must meet these to book): Sleeps 8 (max 6 adults), Saturday - Saturday only during the summer (last week of June - start of Sept), Lead guest must be 30+ years old. No pets allowed. Bed linens & towels are not provided, there are ample pillows and blankets/comforters. The pool is available from the start of Victoria Day weekend through September only. Guests must provide their own child-size life jackets/PFDs to ensure a correct fit. No parties allowed. No smoking allowed. A supplemental information form must be completed.
Who is up for a morning dip in a sparkling swimming pool? Then a morning coffee taken on the deck overlooking a beautiful lake. Follow that up with a paddle out on the water and an hour or two of fishing from the shoreline.
End the day with aperitifs in the sunroom before the BBQ and great conversation around the campfire.

Inside you’ll find a light and airy space with living and formal dining areas on the main floor with a sunroom overlooking the pool where you can play foosball or watch a movie. The upper level has a kitchen and dining space with doors to a deck. The three bedrooms are on this floor.

Pigeon Lake is shallow and prone to some weeds, so swimming from the shoreline isn’t the best. Fishing is great! If you want the beach experience, Emily Provincial Park is less than 10 minutes away. Take a picnic, hike the trails, and wade out to swim from the beach.

Trivia Pigeon Lake forms part of the Trent-Severn waterway and is 27 km long and up to 3 km wide. The most common game fish in the lake are smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, walleye, yellow perch, carp, muskellunge as well as a number of species of panfish. Commercial and recreational fishing has resulted in the introduction of zebra mussels, which change the ecosystem by filtering the water and making it clearer. Some fish, such as Walleye, dislike the clear water and have become less abundant.
