Enjoy peace and quiet while having access to nearby walking/biking trails and the amenities of historic downtown Stillwater, just 1.5 miles away! (Lyft and Uber drivers are available locally if you'd rather let someone else do the work!)
We offer a private walk-out apartment on nearly 30 acres of mature hardwoods. This rental is for the ground-level apartment in our home, with a private entrance, spacious yard, and hot tub for your exclusive use. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed; if extra guests need accommodations, there is extra space on the super-comfy over-sized sectional couch in the family room, with several reclining seats. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of dishes and utensils. The TV is connected to DVD access only (no cable/local channels, no smart-TV connection). Go outside instead!
Walk the nearly one mile of trails on-site through gently rolling terrain with a creek and wildlife to enjoy. Or, simply lounge in the backyard, with lawn games, fire pit, and a hot tub, which is just outside your door and available year round.
We have games and DVDs to borrow if you like, and are happy to lend any other items you may need (for cooking, etc.) to make your stay more enjoyable.

*The access to the apartment is not ADA approved. Stairs or walking on slightly uneven ground is required.
*We live in the house and try to keep as quiet as possible while we have guests. While we don't expect the same degree of quiet from our guests, our rental is intended as a peaceful getaway, especially given that we sleep upstairs. We certainly want and expect our guests to enjoy their stay, but be aware that sound carries fairly well in our home and, as such, this is NOT intended to be used as a "party" rental. If your intention is to have late-night parties, loud music, or loud/frequent sex, we ask that you book elsewhere, for both your privacy and ours!
