We are located in Innisfil, Canada, situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. Innisfil Beach is just a short stroll away - the perfect location for relaxing at the beach. With HWY 400 only a short drive. Spacious and bright clean home for you to relax and retreat with family and friends. Comfortable for large groups to enjoy. Just pack your bags as beddings, towels, shampoo & soap are provided. Kitchen has basic prepare meals, microwave and kettle.
4 bedrooms bungalow, 2 bathrooms. Master has ensuite, you can park for 8 cars. Big backyard and there is fire pit, and children playground. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.
Please bring your own firewood before arrival !!!

Summary: If you think about a classic cottage, the lack of amenities and options, this was great. As a house, it has all the basics covered. The house had a good amount of space, and the yard was large, with lots and lots of toys, play structure, sand box, and mini play house; ideal for kid(s). There is also a fire pit, which is beautiful and we enjoyed 2 campfires. There were metal marshmallow roasters available to use. The neighborhood was quiet, and we spent a lot of time outdoors, in the backyard. Either playing, or having coffee, and just spending quality family time together. The backyard was fabulous. The house itself, was nice, but you could tell that it was a rental. Bedding and towels were provided which cut down on what we needed to pack. It was overall clean, but a few details were missed. Cobwebs, tape reside, and dents or chips in the paint are an example. The people before us (or before them?) didn't treat the house the best, which we told the host who apologized for situation. There were a few things that needed repair, we relayed them all the host at the end of our stay, and she said she would have someone look into fixing them. None of the issues had impacted our stay, nor detracted from our vacation. The driveway was able to accommodate 8 cars, but wasn't the easiest to back in. However the amount of room in the driveway, if you are just one car, could do a 3 point turn and not need to back in or out. The kitchen did come with dishes, pots, pans, utensils; so you could cook meals, however you could tell that all these items were used and abused understandably. One issue we had was that the sink stopper wouldn't work, making washing the dishes a bit of a challenge. There was a rice cooker, a basket coffee maker and keurig. Our family of 6 were able to have coffee and make meals with out issue. It is only a 15 min drive to Barrie, 7 min drive to the beaches in Innisfil, and the Tim Hortons is 3 blocks away. Very conveniently located for any of your vacation plans. Wifi is also provided with a SMART TV, great for late nights or rainy days. And as such, we could turn of YouTube for our little one to watch while we busy cooking, or prepping for the day. Yes, I would rent out this space again, if I was going to return to the area.
