The home only host one guest per booking at time. No sleepovers, no extra guests, no partying, no pets, no smoking and or use of drugs is allowed on this property. There is a dedicated workspace provided in your room in case you work from home. Please be courteous, do not slam the doors, turn off lights when not in use and utilize your indoor and outdoor shoes. We appreciate you respecting our home. In case you are wondering, you will not share your room or bathroom, it’s totally private. A parking spot is available in the driveway for one car. As this is a family home, we do share the same entrance to the house. The kitchen is not apart of this package, however you are free to use the microwave. If you need to use the kitchen for other purposes, please let me know upon booking so that I can accommodate you as much as possible. Finally, if you are traveling with very large quantities of food that needs to be refrigerated, we have a freezer service available at a minimal fee.
