There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.
Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code.
Guests will have the entire unit to themselves.

House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors at least 50 ft from the building. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4 PM
• Up to 2 house trained dogs or cats are allowed in unit. Pets are not allowed on/in beds. When left alone in unit, please crate. If no crate, shut all bedroom and bathroom doors.
• Please clean up after your pets when outdoors. Utilize the pet waste station to properly dispose of any pet waste. Excessive pet hair will result in a damages fee.
• No fires or fire pits allowed on the beach.
• No fireworks allowed on the beach. Use of fireworks will result in a breach of house rules as many house fires have been started in the area due to fireworks.
• Please stay off of the rocks on the beach, as they become slippery and can be quite dangerous.
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.

- Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter
