Welcome to The Oro Estate! Situated on the top of a hill in the middle of a dense forest. You’ll have access to the full house and 107 acres of forest with kilometers of trails. The country house is close to the New Vetta Nordic Spa, Horseshoe, Hardwood, and Blue Mountain ski resorts, provincial parks, Simcoe County trails (biking, hiking, atv, snowmobile). The spacious country house offers 6000+ sq.ft of space with a large kitchen and plenty of entertainment and activities.
The house and all 107 acres are available to guests. There are 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and sleeping areas in the basement. There is a partitioned area in the basement with two double beds. The basement also has a pull out sofabed and floor mattresses available for use.
Winter:
- There are plants in the house during the winter months.
- You will need all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive suvs or trucks to come up the driveway in the winter. If you can’t make it up please do not try as you will get stuck, you can park lower on the driveway and carefully walk up the driveway (it can be icey and slippery).

The house is very bright so that everyone can enjoy the scenic views as the house is set in the middle of the forest. If you are sensitive to light, we suggest bringing sleep masks.
