This is a off grid cabin there is no running water, but we do provide 5 gal. Jugs of potable water for cooking and washing, the cabin does have solar power but limited to the amount of sun we receive, there is also an outdoors shower with hotwater on demand( only availablespring,summer, fall). In the winter months you'll arrive too a nice warm fire and additional firewood can be purchased at $20 a wheelbarrow full, There is a cute and clean outhouse behind the cabin. Things we recommend bringing would be slippers, LED flashlight/lanterne, face clothes/towels, peanuts for the Blue Jays 😆 Nice warm bedding and pillows are provided with extra blankets. There is also trails on and off the property for hiking during the warmer months and snowshoe/cross-country ski in the winter. For the avid snowmobilers the trail plan is located near by and accessible by snowmobile. plenty of lakes minutes from the cabin.
