** HOME DESCRIPTION **
This house is a really cute, bright and cozy semi detached three bedroom house. You will have this whole home to yourself. That includes the front yard, the sunroom, and the backyard.
All bedrooms are located upstairs and each room is equipped with a queen sized bed full equipped for comfort. The third bedroom has a dedicated workspace if you need somewhere quiet and bright to work.
There is a large basement, sectional couch, smart tv, kids toys and a full bathroom with bathtub. The washer and dryer are brand new and on the main floor just off the kitchen.

The home is newly renovated with stylish and modern furniture. Fully equipped for anyone looking for comfort, peace and privacy while away from home. There are 3 bathrooms, upstairs has a glass shower, the main floor is a two piece powder room and the basement bathroom has a bathtub.
If the first floor living room isn’t large enough, there is a massive basement living room available with a smart tv.
The kitchen is full stocked for cooking. It comes with a pressure cooker, everything needed for cooking, kids plates, kids toys, bibs, high chair... All appliances are brand new and we have a large dinning room table on the main floor for eating.
If additional guests are needing to stay, feel free to ask, they could always stay on the couch in the basement.
We come with lots of kids toys, boardgames and reading material to unwind. Beach toys are also available for the park or the beach.
** Outdoors **
There is 1 free parking spot at the front of the house so close to the beach and strip. There is another small parking spot at the back of the house that can also be used if additional parking is needed.

This home is located steps away from the beach, woodbine park, splash pads, and the lively Queen St East beaches strip with lots of restaurants.
The backyard is grassy, has a kids picnic table, a 5 person patio table and a space to enjoy the outside without leaving the property. At night you can turn on the Edison lights for some evening charm and lighting.

**NEIGHBOURHOOD**
This neighbourhood to the east side of Toronto is a summer haven that sees locals and tourists flock here for a day on the water. But there’s much more to do in the beaches than just swim at the Sandy kms long beach! Be sure to check our local Festivals, huge skatepark, Woodbine Park, Ashbridges Bay, winter installations, cafes and restaurants along with year-round outdoor activities make this area a must-see.
You can take a swim at the family-friendly Woodbine Beach. Visiting Kew and Woodbine Beaches for the annual Winter Stations—an outdoor art exhibit that runs for six weeks in February and March.
Signing up for one of the 5-km (3-miles) fun runs that take place in the area. Going birding with the kids in Glen Stewart Ravine. Seeing world-renowned live acts at the Beaches International Jazz Festival.
Watch a movie at Canada’s longest continuously running theatre. The Fox Theatre, which opened in 1914, is one of the oldest movie houses in Canada and is a great place to watch classic movies, independent and foreign films, and the latest hits.
Explore this hidden gem in the city which gives off a secret forest vibe. The ravine has a naturalized landscape and a mix of boardwalks and natural pathways that are great for hiking and exercising. You can find the entrance to the ravine from the Ivan Forrest Gardens at Queen Street East.
Rent a kayak or canoe and paddle around Kew-Balmy Beach. Paddle Pirates is located on Kew-Balmy Beach, right next to the boardwalk with easy access to the beach.
Just steps away from the beach, you’ll find the beautiful Kew Gardens. Pick a picnic basket and head to the many picnic spots in the park overlooking the beach. The park also has a play area for kids, a splash pad, a baseball diamond, and an artificial ice rink during winter.
To the West is Leslieville, to the north is Greek Town and to the East are the Scarborough Bluffs.
