Everything is brand new from floors to quartz and marble counter tops. No detail has been missed and you are sure to feel at home in this beach-front classic. Great large deck with gas grill and large surrounding yard. Large driveway. Wheel chair ramp and handicap accessible bedroom with en-suite bathroom on first floor. Large roll-in shower, rails, and pocket door allow room for wheelchairs or walkers. Large open living with 70” Smart TV and wood fireplace stove opens to large dinning room with extendable table that leads to an all-window 4 seasons sitting room facing the beach. Gourmet kitchen with breakfast nook banquet. Mud room with front load washer and dryer.
