The living room has a sectional sofa equipped with new comfortable sectional sofa bed. An electric fireplace with remote and temperature adjustable.
Fully equipped modern eat in Kitchen with kitchen utensils, cutlery, (2) pots and (4) newer pans, a microwave, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker.
1 full washroom with glass standup shower. Lastly, a huge backyard, fenced in for children to play, with a front deck with a dual bbq (propane) to suit the cooks' needs. Propane tank is full and ready!!
