Escape to beautiful Higgins lake! Enjoy all the amenities of this cabin and what it has to offer. It is in an ideal location. It is a 5 minute walk to the lake where there is a public beach and park access. This adorable cabin sleeps 6. 2 bedrooms, one bath. Queen master, full lower bunk with twin top and queen pull out sleeper. Enjoy the convenience of launching your boat near by or jumping on a ATV/ snowmobile trail, that is just within a few miles away. You can enjoy a bonfire in the backyard, which is beautifully landscaped. The cabin has a modern rustic feel, which was just totally renovated on the inside. Beautiful new kitchen, open to the living room. Internet available, local tv, Air/heat if needed. Plenty of parking. No pets. No smoking. Restaurants-bar, party store in area. Starting May 1 until September 14, we are only booking weekly rentals (Sunday to Sunday) unless it is from September 15 to May 1 there is a 2 night minimum. Full disclosure: owner uses cabin throughout the year on occasion and due to animal allergies, no pets are allowed.
