Perfectly located near the Stadiums, and less than 15 minutes from Kansas City downtown! Enjoy your coffee on a lovely front porch, cook in our fully equipped, stocked modern kitchen, and sink into the softking beds after exploring the town!

− The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, tile countertops, and of course, all you need for coffee each morning! It features a huge selection of dishes, glasses, and pans, neatly placed in drawers.
− Enough forks/knives/spoons, as well as plates, glasses, and cups for everyone in the family!
− Supplies for washing dishes are available.
− The refrigerator is large, with a part for pouring water and ice and the oven and microwave are new and ready to use.
− Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table, or take it to the back patio for an epic dinner!

Bedrooms:
− This lovely home has 3 completely cozy and comfortable bedrooms, perfect for quality sleep and rest. With soft, quality cotton sheets you will have the best night’s sleep since you were a baby.
− Each room has a large and spacious closet, so your space will look homey, neat, and clean.
− Each room has blinds that close so that your room is in complete darkness so that you can rest perfectly, without any distractions. Wake up naturally, without rush and obligations, and completely rested and ready for a new day!

Bathrooms:
− With 2.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to keep up with daily routines before taking a trip to the Kansas area.
− The bathrooms are brand new and renovated, never used.

− Please be sure to read through the House Manual upon check-in. It will help you make the most of your stay, as well as remind you of a few requests we make to keep you and our home in good shape. Also, if you have any suggestions for how we can make this amazing place even better, we'd love to hear from you.
− Smoking is not allowed in the house, but outside is allowed.
− You can invite guests, but please, no sleepovers
− Pets are not allowed
− You will receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.
− Please take care of the furniture and dishes, because everything destroyed will be charged
− If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
