Working from home, going shopping, laying on the beach (few min away!), enjoying the food scenery from the Beaches and Leslieville, or just chilling on the deck or nearby the fireplace... This home will offer you countless possibilities for your stay in Toronto.

The space
During your stay, you will find everything you need to feel at home, and even more.
With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 office room, our home can comfortably sleep 1-4 guests. An open-living concept with a fully equipped kitchen will allow you to visit the nearby farmers' markets and live like a local. You will enjoy summer evenings on the south-facing deck, or winter days sitting near the gas fireplace. The indoor garage will allow you to park one car.
Living like a local also means respecting the neighbours as well as the social norms (outside noise minimized and quiet hours after 10pm). Our home is on a small street in a quiet, family-friendly area; it's not suited for group events or parties. We expect our guests to cherish Vince as their own home.
Our house has 4 total floors. For that reason, we don’t believe it’s suited for infants or small children, and don’t provide amenities for the little ones.
Also, being allergic to animals, we cannot allow them.

Floor 2:
- kitchen, equipped with all kitchen essentials (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, waffle maker, dinnerware incl. wine glasses, coffee/tea/spices)
- dining room with a bar table and 4 bar stools
- living room, equipped with couch (not a sofa bed), armchair, smart TV, gas fireplace
- south facing deck with outdoor furniture
Floor 3:
- bedroom with queen bed and closet
- bathroom with 1 bath, toilet, 1 sink
- office room with 2 stand-up desks, 2 chairs, a gym ball, a printer, pens and stapler, books and board games
Floor 4:
- master bedroom with queen bed and shelves
- master bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, double sink
Guest access
- Vince offers a free interior parking spot
- Streetcar on Queen street is a 5-minute walk
- Streetcar on Gerrard street is a 5-minute walk
- You get to downtown in about 20 minutes in streetcar, or 40 minutes walking
- 10-minute walking distance from the main beach
- only a few minutes away from restaurants, bars, shops, microbreweries, etc.
