➞ There is a pet fee of $80 CAD per stay per pet. Only dogs allowed, no cats. Please let us know if you are bring your fur baby ahead of time.
➞ If you stay more than 14 days, we provide housekeeping (not optional) every 14 days. Cleaning fee of $150 will be added to the price.
➞ Please have the recyclables (papers, plastics, metals) in the blue garbage bags provided, household garbage in black or white, and food scraps in the small green bucket.
➞ Please be aware that the current weather in Edmonton is hot and sunny during your stay (August) Kindly note that our home does not have centralized AC. In the evenings, the temperature tends to drop, and our furnace ensures cozy warmth if needed.
➞ Please note it's a newly built neighborhood with a few houses nearby still under construction. While we don't anticipate any disruption for your stay, there may be construction activities during normal business hours.
➞ Please put household garbage in the black cart and food scraps in the green one. The carts can be found in the back of the house.
➞ Please note that we do provide cable TV in the house. However, we have available Netflix account to use.
➞ Just wanted to remind that we do not provide oils, spices and any seasoning used for cooking for safety purposes as well.
➞ Garbage collection is on Tuesdays. Please leave the carts and recyclables in the back alley on Monday evenings.
