The second bedroom is set up as an office and is a perfect place to work for the day or take calls. It also doubles as a space for a home workout - equipped with a yoga mat, 10 lbs dumbbells, yoga blocks, and pilates bands.
The kitchen has a brand new induction stove, dishwasher, and Miele refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and is fully equipped with the chef in mind. There is just about every kitchen tool for an incredible meal - pots, pan, numerous cooking utensils, knife set, and more. There are sets of dishes, napkins, glasses, and silverware. There's also some cookbooks for inspiration.
The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials and some extras. Towels, shampoos, and body wash make sure you stay clean. There's Aesop hand soap and makeup towels. The bathroom has a very spacious rainfall shower.
The living space has a dining table for 4 people, barstools at the kitchen bar, a small couch, and a large flatscreen TV.
Keypad entry through front door which takes you into a shared foyer. Once through the apartment door the entire space is for you to enjoy. Please note, the apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator.
The house is a newly renovated, old town house with thin walls (shared walls on both sides). You will sometimes hear the neighbours through the walls. We would also appreciate that guests be conscious of sound and keep music and TV at a reasonable level. No parties or smoking please.
