This is a 1 storey detached coach house with a basement. You walk into a nice open space where the main floor consists of a well designed dining room, kitchen and bathroom. It is cozy and functional perfect for hanging out after a day at the beach or a long day`s work!
The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with stainless steel appliances.
The dining area has a nice big dining table for the entire family to enjoy meals together.
The main floor washroom has a modern vanity along with a nice full size tub.
There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms in the basement. Three of the bedroom are have a queen sized bed (each sleeps 2) and one of the bedrooms has 2 twin beds (each sleeps 1) all with brand new linens, comfortable memory foam mattresses and a good sized window with shades.
The living room with TV, comfy couch, and coffee table is located in the basement where the entire family can enjoy shows and movies.
There is also a washer and dryer located near the kitchen for your use.
There is parking on the driveway for 2 vehicles. This is TANDEM parking. One car parked behind the other.
