Guests will have full and private access to the entire basement suite, including the living area, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and in-suite laundry for your convenience 🧺
You’re welcome to use the driveway briefly to load and unload your belongings when arriving or departing 🚗
Parking is located on the street directly in front of the home and is free, first come first serve. There is typically plenty of availability in the area.

From there, you can easily connect to various bus routes. The Calgary International Airport (YYC) is approximately a 30-40 minute drive, depending on traffic. This is a private basement suite with a separate entrance. There may be guests or residents in the upstairs unit, so we kindly ask that all guests are respectful of quiet hours and shared surroundings 😊
