This is a detached semi-corner plot with 2,500 sq ft area. You will get the separate entrance with easy key access for entry and exit. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms with Queen beds and large walk-in closet in the master bedroom and wardrobe and closet in the 2nd bedroom. We also provide pillows, fresh sheets, towels.

Guests access the unit from a side entrance and a flight of stairs down to the private basement unit. You can park your car on the right side of the driveway. The side entrance is on the right side of the main house.

- No parties or events
- No additional guests overnight
- Kitchen Countertop must be kept dry at all times
- No loud music
- Garbage bags will be made available to our guests which are required to be dumped into Garbage Bins in front of the house. (Gray lid bin for Garbage and Blue lid bin for recyclable trash). No garbage should be dumped or left unattended at any other spot.
