Upstairs unit of a triplex built in the early 1900's. One queen size bed in private room. Fully furnished kitchen and the dining table is in main living area by a large picture window. There is 1 "tenant only" parking spot available for your use in the small lot behind the house.

Private main entrance to the apartment, private bedroom with lock to the left as you walk through the living room. It will be marked #1. The deck area has a patio table with two chairs for your morning coffee. There is one parking space for you on the south side of the house. The main access to this unit is up the stairs on the deck on the north side of the house.

As this is an upstairs apartment, keep in mind that there are stairs. If climbing stairs is difficult for you this may not be the listing for you.
