Enjoy spectacular views, gorgeous sunsets and deep, clear water in the heart of the Massassauga Provincial Park. A five minute boat ride from the amenities of two marinas, this 3 acre water access cottage is a great blend of privacy and accessibility.
The cottage is recently renovated and features a well-equipped kitchen, a family room with great views, three comfortable bedrooms and a deck that wraps all the way around the cottage. Beds include a queen in the master, two twins on the second main floor bedroom, and two twins in an upstairs bedroom that includes a walkout balcony.
A bbq is provided for outdoor grilling and there is a lot of deck space to enjoy, complete with Muskoka Chairs and a picnic table. Guests can sit by the lake, or enjoy a paddle around the bay.
When you aren't outdoors, cozy up indoors with a good selection of board games and books for both adults and children.
Parry Sound and Mactier are the closest towns to access groceries and other amenities. Boaters have access to beautiful day-trip destinations - including Honey Harbour (Beausoleil Island), Sans Souci (try famous Henry's Fish and Chips), Wreck Island, Killbear Provincial Park, and Parry Sound. It is a short boat ride to the 4 km Moon Island Trail or the 6 km Calhoun Lodg trail, both located in the Massassauga Park.
This area of Georgian Bay is simply spectacular. You will love the rustic beauty of this environment with its windswept pines, 30,000 islands, majestic rock, clear, deep water and endless bays.
