Guests have full access to the entire cottage. There are no shared accommodations here but my property manager lives nearby and as this is a private community there is local security.
Other things to note
Parking is free in the driveway only (no street parking).
Capacity can be increased to 12 depending on length of stay, please inquire.
Hot Tub can be provided for an extra fee of $150, this includes professional cleaning, PH balance and chemical treatment before you arrive and after you depart.
Pool table is fantastic, but an additional security deposit is required to use as there have been significant damages to it previously, that have been fixed as a result of drinks being placed on the felt and cue "misfires" damaging the surfaces.
This is a luxury cottage and for that reason only responsible, mature guests will be accepted. All guests must register with the local home owners association and abide by community rules. License plates of vehicles must be provided as well to security.
