Our home has full open concept on the main floor containing large open kitchen that spans into dining area then to living room (w/75"TV) There are 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. While our home can accommodate up to 11 people, if your booking is for 4 people or less, your stay will be on the main floor).
Guests will have access to the entire property via keyless entry at the front door.
During your stay, we’re just a message or call away to assist with any questions, recommendations, or unexpected needs.
During summer time, only downstairs is available.

- Pets:
If you have pets, please always keep them on a leash or under control outside. Also, do not let pets enter our neighbors’ yards, including during walks. Clean up after your dog on walks. Pets are not allowed on furniture, and must not disturb neighbors with noise. Pets should not be left unattended outside for long periods. We assume no responsibility for any pet-related illness or injury.
- Smoking/Vaping:
Smoking or vaping of any substance is not allowed inside the house. (Surface testing is provided by cleaning services.) Cigarette butts are not to be thrown on the property grounds.
- Trash
At end of stay place all garbage in the trash container next to the front of garage. Please make sure the lid is closed to prevent critters from getting in.
- Dishes:
During your stay, feel free to use dishwasher. The soap is under sink. At the end of stay, prior to leaving, rinse/load/start washer.
- Cleaning
Please place all linens at the foot of bed as a cue for cleaning company, while leaving comforter on bed. Place towels in the bathroom or baskets.
- Laundry:
You may use our washer & dryer for your personal items as long as they are not oil/gas stained.
***NOTE*** If you should need to wash any of the provided linens/towels, they MUST be washed separately from your personal items.

- Water and Septic:
The property is on well . Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, and avoid flushing feminine products.
