This high-end home is perfect for one large, or two medium-sized families to share. Families strongly preferred. NOTE: We are licensed and registered with the city. While our cottage easily accommodates 14 adults, Grand Bend has implemented Short Term Rental Rules. Due to their rules, we can only host a maximum of 10 guests over the age of 12 on the property at any one time. This includes day guests who drop by. We can accommodate an additional 4 children under the age of 12. We strictly adhere to this rule.
