Entertain the group with surround sound in the indoor and outdoor living spaces, cozy outdoor gas fire pit, and 86" Apple TV (indoor and outdoor) with all streaming services.
Enjoy a private office space with two desks and monitors, as well as a flex room that can be converted into a playroom or guest room. Indulge in the fully stocked kitchen. The primary bathroom features a waterfall shower, free standing tub, and LED touch hotel mirrors.
The sleeping arrangements include 4 bedrooms (1 king bed, 3 queen size beds, and 1 crib), 3.5 bathrooms, and can comfortably sleep 8 adults + 1 infant/toddler. Our home is also equipped for children ages 1-3 with baby amenities available upon request.

We have a Nest doorbell and surveillance set up for our primary residence. However, we do not actively monitor the cameras unless there is a reason to (neighbor complaint or house rules violation), so rest assured you have complete privacy. Our home uses noise aware to monitor the noise decibel to ensure house rules are respected.
Crestview is a desirable neighborhood located centrally in Austin. With easy access to multiple highways, you can reach a variety of restaurants and entertainment options within just a few minutes. The area is popular among young families who appreciate being near downtown, yet still enjoy the community feel of a neighborhood.
