This 2 bedroom unit will have you close to Colmore Row, Birmingham’s busy high street and the Chinese Quarter. Just downstairs you can enjoy a wide array of Asian cuisines, and you will have several grocery shops nearby, including COOP and Spar.
Equipped for long and short-term stays, this accommodation comes with a modern kitchen, high-speed WiFi, bed linen, towels, toiletries and Netflix for your comfort. The entire space will be available to you and your group.
We provide complimentary access to Netflix and two 50” Smart TVs (one in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms) which are already logged into a guest account.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee for all guests.

6. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking, this will be applied for each day of your booking.
7. Check out is strictly at 11 am, a charge will be applied for any unauthorised late checkouts.
