As you arrive for your vacation you will immediately notice that this 2nd floor condo has the ideal location. The secured underground parking stall is just steps away from the entrance to the condo. Go one flight down the adjacent stairwell and you exit to a quiet area next to Mill Creek and have only a 100m walk to Rotary Beach. Go one flight up the stairs and you will find the fitness centre, steam room, and access to the courtyard hosting the heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, and communal BBQs.
The master bedroom has a queen with ensuite (bathtub shower combo), and private access to your own patio equipped with BBQ. The second bedroom also has a queen with a cheater ensuite (shower), with access to the main living area. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook all your meals and share them around the dinner table (seat six), there are also 3 bar stools in the kitchen, and four seats available on the patio! In the living room, there is also a sofa bed for two, and lastly, off the main living area/kitchen, there is a den (with a door) that has a double bed to sleep two more!
