The Wild Rose is a quaint self-contained unit, featuring 2 bedrooms (both with queen beds), a cozy living room to cuddle up in and an airy bathroom with a spacious zellige tiled rain shower. Upstairs you will find a small kitchenette to whip up a quick meal, with a 2 burner stovetop (no oven), a microwave, mini fridge and banquette seating. This is by no means a chef's kitchen and caters to those who plan to be out and about enjoying all of The County's spectacular dining options. Tables are in high demand so be sure to make reservations in advance!
Step outside onto the large, covered porch, with access to the lush and quiet backyard. There is a barbeque available for your use, however, during your stay in PEC, we recommend that you eat out...often! Prince Edward County is known for its fresh and delicious farm-to-table cuisine, boutique wineries and craft breweries.
The Wild Rose is a short walk to Picton Main Street, home to some of our favourite shops, cafes and restaurants including Coriander Girl, Fieldmade Goods, The Ye11ow Studio, Friday's Cannabis, The Vic Drive In, Hartley's Tavern, Beacon Bike and Brew, Picnic Cafe, Bean Counter Cafe and Slicker's Ice Cream to name a few.
