From the moment you arrive at our two storey executive home, you are greeted by its pretty front garden. The interior has a light and spacious atmosphere and with elegant traditional furnishings, creating an extremely comfortable home that is ideal for large groups looking to relax.
The home has two lounges downstairs, one including a formal dining area for entertaining and another family lounge area with a Large TV. The high end fully-equipped kitchen, will adequately cater for all your needs and has a breakfast bar plus a further dining nook for more informal breakfast and lunches.
A great feature of this home is that it has a further lounge area upstairs with plenty of comfortable seating and another large TV which could provide the extra space for you to enjoy some time away from the rest of the group to relax, read or plan further days out.

The home has 5 The well-appointed and spacious bedrooms, 4 are upstairs and one queen bedroom is downstairs, the bedrooms consist of A King en-suite, 2 Queen en-suite and two twin bed rooms, all perfect to relax and enjoy after a pleasant day at the parks.
There is a games room that consists of a Pool Table, Air Hockey and Table Football, with cosy seating that will provide the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some time together.
The outside Pool area is well designed incorporating a large pool with lovely lush greenery aspect to view from the rear. A covered Lanai offers the perfect place to dine and enjoy breakfast or informal lunches, perhaps even the odd glass of wine in the evening while dining Al fresco under the stars.
