Our completely refurnished beach house, located on a private road in a quiet family neighborhood in Orleans, is the perfect place to bring the family for your next Cape Cod vacation. This bright and sunny home, with hardwood floors, brand new furnishings and a beach theme throughout, will make everyone feel good and ready to enjoy their vacation. The spacious backyard is perfect for kids, offering plenty of space to run around and play yard games or fetch with the dog. With a variety of small ponds nearby, including Twining’s Pond Conservation Area and Pleasant Bay to the east, as well as Nickerson State Park to the west, this is an ideal location for nature lovers and adventurers.
Inside our home on the upper level, you will find a thoughtfully decorated open living/dining area with a mounted flat screen TV, brand new dining set and couches, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and master bedroom with a queen bed and en suite full bathroom. The lower level features two more bedrooms: the ‘kids’ room with three twin beds, a foosball table, and couch with flat screen TV, and another bedroom with a queen bed, as well as a full bathroom and a laundry area with a washer/dryer. Other amenities include central A/C, cable TV, WiFi, a brand new outdoor shower, and sheets and bath towels provided to each guest. Your family will love this awesome vacation rental!
